Shipping & Returns
All orders are couriered from our overseas factory to us for checking and then directly to your door.
The average time is +-2 - 3 working day weeks for order arrivals. An allocation allowing for customs clearance delays where needed is required.
We only facilitate for local collect in-store at 20 Lower Burg Street The Landing 503 5th Floor Cape Town.
Online purchase orders are all sent via Courier to your door.
However, we do ensure that the parcels are secured and in a good state. If you wish to use your own courier we will not be held responsible for loss or damage once goods leave our warehouse.
All orders must be checked & lodged within 2 - 7 days of receipt & any claims, errors, or discrepancies must be reported immediately.
Return & Exchange Policy
Shaolin Cafe is under no obligation to accept the return of goods that have been ordered in error or are no longer required by the Customer.
Once the items are used we will not refund nor exchange.
As a general rule, no refunds or return of goods will be entertained by Shaolin Cafe in such circumstances. In any event, any return of goods must first be authorised by Shaolin Café.
The client will accept liability in the event of an incorrect order placed and will pay any added costs for return and exchange.
Shaolin Cafe' is not liable for loss, damage, or incorrect orders delivered.
If an item is exchanged, new shipping and handling fees will be added.
Shaolin Cafe' not responsible for stolen or returned packages.
We recommend that you keep proper Proof of Delivery.
Any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
